IGNITING A CATALYTIC FORCE FOR GOOD

The Center for Character Formation

We Believe

The social fabric and moral compass are enriched when individuals, families, and businesses ignite a catalytic force for good.

Our Mission

Our mission is to foster education and integration of leadership and character development into all aspects of daily life.

About Us

The Texas Border

The most influential port of entry shaping the social fabric and moral compass of the U.S. today.

Active since 2014, El Paso’s Center for Character Formation Inc (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit made up of professionals from a variety of walks of life devoted to living out character-based leadership in their everyday lives and spreading its message.

CCF’s philosophy is founded on a set of core values and principles which serve as the foundation to promote collective and individual good. It is in the midst of the worldly and material things that we must serve mankind. CCF’s believes that all of our daily activities, such as family, marriage, work, study, and entertainment, are opportunities to practice charity, patience, humility, diligence, honesty, integrity, and all other human virtues.

“Leadership is about achieving greatness by bringing greatness in others.”

– Alexandre Havard

Our Impact Model

Our framework to cultivate character, elevate leadership, and ignite positive change across generations.

CCF’s Virtues and Leadership Formation courses systematically exposed me to a body of knowledge that combines reason with virtue, seeks the transformation and elevation of my interior life, and forms my character rooted in virtuous leadership. Through this exposure, I learned the meaning and joy of bringing service to others.

Arturo Bujanda

CCF Class of 2012

Watch your thoughts for they become words. Watch your words for they become actions. Watch your actions for they become habits. Watch your habits for they become your character and watch your character for it becomes your destiny.

Margaret Thatcher

British Stateswoman

Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.

John Wooden

Basketball Coach and Player.
